9.15 – 9.30 a.m. Tea
9.30 – 10.45 a.m. Pariyanka bhāvanā and sermon/discussion
10.45 – 12.30 p.m. Buddha Pūjā followed by lunch
12.30 – 1.15 p.m. Sakman bhāvanā (walking meditation)
1.15 – 2.30 a.m. Pariyanka bhāvanā and sermon/discussion
2.30 – 3.00 p.m. Tea
3.00 – 5.00 p.m. The regular, usual, Abhidhamma Class
5.00 – 6.00 p.m. Introductory course on Pali
6.30 p.m. Buddha Pūjā
7.00 p.m. Conclusion
